i would think it less about what anyone else would like, and more what the two of you desire.

I would like everyone to be happy, and for them to know that he is mine and I am his.

then perhaps you should think about it. a wedding might not be so terrible a thing to go through with.

that sounds like a nice idea. it would look quite nice against white scales, certainly.

Perhaps I can decorate my scales to match as well. Something to make them shimmer like stars when the light catches them.
